Your day begins with a warm welcome at the abbey, nestled in the rolling hills between Florence and Siena. Under the guidance of expert chefs, you’ll work together to prepare a complete four-course Tuscan menu, using only the freshest local and seasonal ingredients. The class is designed for a maximum of eight guests, ensuring an intimate and personalized experience
After cooking, enjoy your creations in the owner’s private dining room, perfectly paired with the estate’s world-class organic wines—including Chianti Classico and Toscana Supertuscan, both recognized in Wine Spectator’s Top 100. In the event that availability is not confirmed, alternative dates for the reservation will be proposed. If the new dates are not compatible with the needs of the group, the full amount paid will be refunded. Once the booking is confirmed, it will not be possible to proceed with the cancellation. In case of cancellation request, the expected penalty will be 100% of the amount. To avoid inconvenience and economic losses, it is strongly recommended to take out adequate cancellation insurance for services.
