In the event that availability is not confirmed, alternative dates for the reservation will be proposed. If the new dates are not compatible with the needs of the group, the full amount paid will be refunded. Once the booking is confirmed, it will not be possible to proceed with the cancellation. In case of cancellation request, the expected penalty will be 100% of the amount.
