In the event that availability is not confirmed, alternative dates for the reservation will be proposed. If the new dates are not compatible with the needs of the group, the full amount paid will be refunded. The priority is to ensure participant satisfaction, ensuring a professional and flexible service that takes into account any unforeseen circumstances.
