If the new dates are not compatible with the needs of the group, the full amount paid will be refunded. Once the booking is confirmed, it will not be possible to proceed with the cancellation. In case of cancellation request, the expected penalty will be 100% of the amount. To avoid inconvenience and economic losses, it is strongly recommended to take out adequate cancellation insurance for services.
